The patrol reports a Hempsted, Arizona man, 35-year old Fue Xiong, was arrested early Sunday in Daviess County and accused of felony tampering with a motor vehicle and operating a commercial motor vehicle without an endorsement. Xiong was taken to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail.
A northeast Missouri man, 28-year old Laurentino Rios Hernandez, was arrested Saturday night in Caldwell County on a Marion County warrant accusing him of delivery of methamphetamine. Hernandez was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
A Richmond man, 42-year old Rickey Hunsaker, was arrested Saturday night in Ray County and accused of driving while intoxicated/persistent offender, felony leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. Hunsaker was taken to the Ray County Jail.
A 29-year old Albany man, Zackary Marshall, was arrested early Sunday in Buchanan County and accused of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana/prior offender, and no proof of insurance. Marshall was taken to the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center.
