Patrol reports arrests of residents from Trenton, Kirksville, St. Joseph and Kansas City

The highway patrol reports a Trenton man, 33-year old Jessie Ingraham, and a Kansas City resident, 29-year old Raquel Taylor, were arrested Sunday morning in Clinton County.

Both were accused of possessing a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, Ingraham was accused of driving while suspended while Ms. Taylor was accused of failure to wear a seat belt.

Ingraham and Taylor were taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

Thirty-six-year-old Brandon Martin of St. Joseph was arrested Sunday morning in Clinton County and accused of possessing the controlled substance amphetamine and exceeding the posted speed limit by 16 to 19 miles an hour. Martin was taken to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.

A Kirksville resident, 34-year old Christopher Adams, was arrested early Sunday in Adair County and accused of felony driving while intoxicated/persistent offender, driving while suspended, second offense, speeding and no proof of insurance. Adams was taken to the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
