Patrol arrests two in Daviess and DeKalb counties

The Missouri Highway Patrol reports separate arrests this weekend in Daviess and DeKalb counties.

Early Saturday evening, 46-year-old Jeffery Rylander of Seabeck, Washington was taken into custody following a traffic stop. Online court information shows Rylander faces a felony count of driving while intoxicated persistent offender as well as three misdemeanor counts including careless and imprudent driving; no valid driver’s license; and failure to display valid license plates on the motor vehicle. Bond was set at $25,000 cash.

Rylander is to appear Tuesday for arraignment in the Associate Circuit Court in Daviess County.

The patrol in DeKalb County early on Sunday arrested a man from Odessa who was wanted on a felony warrant for larceny. Twenty-five-year-old Dylan Robertson was taken into custody upon the request of the Missouri board of probation and parole at Jefferson City.

No bond was set with Robertson taken to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
