The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Osgood man on the felony charge of delivery of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
Thirty-five-year-old Robert Brandon was arrested Tuesday with his bond is $15,000 cash only.
He is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court March 14.
Court documents accuse Brandon of knowingly possessing methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and distribute the controlled substance.
