Drivers from Seymour, Iowa were involved in a two-vehicle accident early Tuesday evening when one made a turn into the path of another.
The accident occurred on Putnam County Route U, more than 12 miles northwest of Unionville.
31-year-old Lindsey Brittain received minor injuries and was to seek her own treatment.
The van she was driving was northbound on Route U while a southbound van was operated by 89-year-old Joyce Masaoay when the latter vehicle was struck in the side causing moderate damage.
Brittain’s van had minor damage and both drivers were using their seat belts.
