A Novinger resident has been arrested on a Grundy County charge alleging non-support of a minor child.
31-year-old Andrew Kelso is scheduled for an appearance in the Associate Division of circuit court Tuesday in Trenton. His bond is $5,000 cash.
Kelso is accused of the child support violation between April of last year and March of this year. Court documents state he owes $3,000 in child support.
