The North 65 Center is temporarily suspending in house meals. This decision is based upon the recommendation of Young at Heart Resources, the Area Agency on Aging, and is due to the Corona Virus outbreak.

The senior population is the most vulnerable for this rapidly spreading disease and these measures are being taken to protect and care for seniors in the community.

Home delivery service will not be affected and for the rest of this week, meals will be delivered as usual. The center will re-evaluate and perhaps alter the schedule, with meals possibly being delivered only 2 or 3 days a week, however, those home-delivered clients would still receive all their usual number of meals, just not on a daily basis.

All daily and weekly activities for the center have also been suspended.

Oats buses will still operate out of the center during this time, but if their schedules are altered those riding OATS will need to contact them at their local number 359-2905.

Any questions concerning the North 65 Center need to be directed to 359- 3058, questions for OATS at 359-2905 and for RSVP, call 359-3836.
