A Norborne resident was hurt on Wednesday morning when the pickup truck she was driving hit the side of a bridge and overturned in northwestern Carroll County.
Seventeen-year old Lauren Kerby of Norborne sought her own treatment, for injuries described as minor by the Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred as the westbound pickup hit the south side of the bridge on Route C. The pickup was demolished.
Ms. Kerby was wearing a seat belt.
