North Central Missouri College students were recently recognized by the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) for their outstanding leadership or participation in Phi Theta Kappa. Three NCMC students were selected to receive recognition for their hard work.

Nathaniel Udovich was the selected recipient of the Student Leadership Award for North Central Missouri College. This award is presented to an exceptional student leader from each of Missouri’s community colleges/campuses. Criteria for this award include being enrolled in good standing at a Missouri community college, a 2.5 GPA or higher, and the student must exhibit outstanding leadership qualities.

Payton Greiwe and DeAnna Dinwiddle were selected as the recipients of the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) All Missouri Scholars. The Phi Theta Kappa All Missouri Scholars recognizes outstanding PTK students graduating from community college and transferring to a four-year institution.

MCCA is Missouri’s largest advocacy group for community colleges. “MCCA is where the state’s 12 community colleges come together to share ideas and advance common goals.”-www.mccatoday.org.

Each year, MCCA honors outstanding students attending Missouri community colleges and recognizes them based on their leadership, hard work, and academic success.
