The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of two Novinger residents in Adair County on Thursday morning.
Thirty-seven-year-old Amanda Hanlin was arrested on felony Adair County warrants for tampering with a victim, distribution of a controlled substance, and six counts of forgery. She also had a misdemeanor Adair County warrant for making a false report.
The Patrol accused 50-year-old Jeffrey Hanlin of felony hindering prosecution of a felony.
Amanda Hanlin was transported to the Adair County Jail while Jeffrey Hanlin was released.
