The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Minnesota man in Harrison County Friday morning on two allegations.
The Patrol accused 50-year-old Ehab Yassa of exceeding the posted speed limit by 26 miles per hour or more and failure to drive in the right lane of a highway with two or more lanes in the same direction.
Yassa was transported to the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center.
