The Milan United Methodist Church is offering music and food the night of August 21st at the corner of First and Market Streets.
It’s the fourth annual “Porktacular” from 6 until 8 o’clock with food that includes pulled pork, tater twisters, homemade slaw, and kettle corn.
The band “Just Friends” is to perform, encompassing a wide variety of music from the big band era plus more contemporary music from such groups as the Blues Brothers, Chicago, and the Brian Setzer Orchestra.
Those attending the free event are encouraged to take their own seating.
