A Milan man has been charged in Sullivan County with the felonies of second-degree murder and delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.
Luke Shelby Hunsaker’s bond is $100,000 cash only. Hunsaker delivered and distributed Suboxone, which contains Buprenorphine and Naloxone, to Sebrena Gordon December 23rd, knowing it was a controlled substance, and Gordon was killed December 24th by the combined effects of Alprazolam and Buprenorphine as a result of the perpetration of distribution of the controlled substances. A probable cause statement notes Alprazolam is Xanax, and Gordon only had a prescription for Xanax.
Court information states Hunsaker pleaded guilty to or was found guilty of the felonies of first-degree burglary, stealing a firearm, and receiving stolen property in Sullivan County Circuit Court in June 2016.
