A Maysville woman was arrested on Monday afternoon in Livingston County and potentially faces several charges.
The highway patrol reports 47-year-old Sherry Hicks was accused of felony possession of a controlled substance; possession of less than ten grams of marijuana; as well as drug paraphernalia.
Sherry Hicks is also accused of driving while intoxicated for drugs as well as careless and imprudent driving.
