The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Lucerne man in Putnam County Tuesday on several accusations.
Fifty-one-year-old Stephen Pipes was accused of driving while intoxicated, resisting arrest by fleeing, careless and imprudent driving, and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
The Patrol notes he was transported to the Putnam County Jail and was bondable.
