The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office recently received orders to transport the following people to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program:
Sean P. Biller, 29, Chillicothe Probation Violation – Possession Controlled Substance – 7 years
Tyler M. Gibson, 24, Chillicothe Violation Order of Protection – 4 years ITP
Austin R. Holstine, 23, Chillicothe Assault 2nd – 7 years (already in DOC on other charges)
Forrest W. Ivy, 43, Hale Probation Violation – DWI – 7 years
Michelle Maglio-Say, 50, Hale Distribution Controlled Substance – 10 years ITP
Scott White, 43, Chillicothe DWI – 5 years
Tylee Wheelbarger, 34, Chillicothe Probation Violation – Possession Controlled Substance CODS
Jade Mock, 29, Trenton Probation Violation – Possession Controlled Substance – 7 years (already in DOC on other charges).
