Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox is reporting the movements of a sex offender .
Michael Dean Dixon is reporting to the sheriff a change of residence from 21803 Liv 226, Wheeling, to a Chillicothe address of 1702 Third Street, Chillicothe, Missouri, 64601.
Dixon, also known as Mike Dixon is employed at 1398 Mitchell Road, Chillicothe. He was born December 11, 1961, has brown hair, blue eyes, five feet, eight inches tall. He reportedly has a scar on his left cheek and right knee.
Dixon is purported to drive a 2015 white Chevrolet Sonic, with Missouri license number FN5-T3P. He also reports owning a 1997 Ford F-150 white pickup, license OUW-891.
He was convicted on June 16, 2000 for an offense dated May 25, 1999 at Keytesville in Chariton County, Missouri.
His conviction was on statutory sodomy-incest, rape in the 2nd degree with a 15-year-old female.
