After recent hearings in Livingston County Circuit Court, the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office received Court orders for the following detainees to be transferred to the Missouri Department of Corrections to serve a sentence or attend a treatment program.

David Kirkpatrick, 58, Chillicothe Failing to Register as a Sex Offender 4 years DOC
Gregory Simpson, 31, Independence Tampering 7 years DOC
Walter Bright, 52, St. Joseph Unlawful Possession Firearm by a Felon 2 years DOC
Travis Hogan, 30, Dawn Probation Violation – Assault 7 years DOC
Charles Collins, 34, Chillicothe Possession Controlled Substance 5 years ITP Program DOC
