The Livingston County Library will offer a program on Tuesday, November 6 on how to make choices to improve your well being.
For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. Now, science is able to provide insights about how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
Brenda Gregg of the Heart of America chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will present the program on Tuesday, November 6, with a Q&A following.
