The highway patrol reports a Lineville truck driver declined medical treatment for minor injuries received in an accident Monday morning in Johnson County.
Sixty-year-old Gary Brown of Lineville, Iowa was northbound on Highway 13 when the freight liner failed to negotiate a round-about.
Damage to the big rig was extensive and Brown was using a seat belt.
