The Laredo Board of Aldermen set the tax levy at a hearing during its monthly meeting August 10th. The levy was set at $.9976 per $100 of assessed valuation.
It is made up of $.6983 for the general revenue fund and $.2993 for the special street fund. Those are the same values as last year’s levy.
