The Tri-County Lady Mustangs were named winners of the 2019 High School Holiday Hoops Sportsmanship Award.
Recognized in front of family and fans at their home ball game, the Lady Mustangs and Coach Jeremy Slaughter were presented with a plaque by Ron Dougan of Promotional Concepts and honors from the Holiday Hoops committee.
The annual award is presented to a girls team and a boys team with consideration of outstanding sportsmanship displayed by the team, coaching staff, cheerleaders and fans.
Cara McClellan representing American Family Insurance presented the Tri-County Athletic Department with a check for $100.00. Coach Dillon Lowrey of Tri-County High School was one of four winners of the half-court shot contest during Holiday Hoops 2019.
