A resident of Kingston was injured Wednesday night in a single-vehicle rollover accident three miles west of Polo.
The highway patrol reported 23-year-old Brandon Taylor received minor injuries and was treated at the scene and released.
Taylor was traveling eastbound on Highway 116 when according to the patrol, he fell asleep and his vehicle traveled off the south side of the road where it struck a ditch and overturned twice.
The vehicle was demolished in the accident about 10:30 Wednesday night. The report noted Taylor was not using a seatbelt.
