The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Kansas City, Missouri woman in Caldwell County Sunday evening.
The Patrol accused 24-year-old Landie England of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also accused of failure to register her motor vehicle, failure to have financial responsibility, driving while suspended, fraudulent procurement of credit or debit device, and trafficking in stolen identities.
England was transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center for a 24-hour hold.
