A 31-year-old Kansas City resident, Javier Hernandez, has been charged in Grundy County with non-support of a child.
Hernandez is also charged with failure to appear in court in Grundy County for a case in which he was accused of violating his probation. Hernandez has been on probation on an earlier non-support charge.
Bond on the failure to appear charge is $15,000 with bond on the second non-support charge $29,000 cash only.
Hernandez is to appear in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court Tuesday, November 8, and in Division One of circuit court November 10th.
