Forty third Circuit Court Judge Brent Elliott has received an acknowledgment from The American Registry recognizing him as among the top 1% of America’s Most Honored Professionals.
The 43rd circuit includes five area counties: Livingston, Daviess, DeKalb., Caldwell, and Clinton.
Judge Brent Elliott has implemented a number of programs designed to improve judicial efficiency. He has received the highest possible rating for Legal Ability and Ethical Standards for nineteen consecutive years.
The presentation was made by a former Mercer County Associate Judge, Brad Funk, who’s a former executive member for the Missouri Judicial Conference.
