Another candidate has filed for a position on to the Chillicothe City Council. City Clerk Rozanne Frampton reports Pam Jarding filed for the fourth ward councilman position.
Candidates who previously filed include Theresa Kelly and Reed Dupy for Chillicothe mayor, Rozanne Frampton for city clerk, Tom Ashbrook for councilman-at-large, Dennis Albertson, Junior for first ward councilman, Wayne Cunningham for the second ward, and John E. Plaster, Junior for the third ward.
