There is a race for the Trenton R-9 Board of Education April 7th election.
Incumbent Doug Franklin filed Tuesday morning and is the fourth candidate overall to file for three positions up for election.
Previous filings were incumbents Corey Leeper and Brandon Gibler as well as Andy Burress.
Today (Tuesday, January 21) is the deadline for candidates to file for the election.
