The highway patrol arrested an Iowa man who was injured yesterday in a rollover accident four miles east of Eagleville.
Twenty five year-old Seth Coleman of Ogden, Iowa received what the patrol called moderate injuries. He was taken by ambulance to the Harrison County community hospital in Bethany.
The patrol report stated a westbound pickup traveled off the right side of Route M; the driver over-corrected causing the pickup to travel off the left side where it struck an embankment and overturned onto its top.
Damage was extensive for the pickup. Coleman was using a seat belt.
The highway patrol arrest report accused Seth Coleman of driving while intoxicated and with careless and imprudent driving resulting in an accident.
