The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Gallatin resident in Daviess County Friday night on two allegations.
Thirty-nine-year-old Jeremy Henderson was accused of driving while intoxicated and failing to register a motor vehicle.
Henderson was transported to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail for a 12-hour hold.
