The highway patrol reports the arrest in Grundy County Monday evening involving three young men from out of state for investigation of drug charges.
Arrested at approximately 6:25 pm Monday evening were 18-year-old Grant Jacobs of Magnolia, Texas, 20-year-old Lucas Burridge of Stillwater, Minnesota and 20-year-old Jacopo Valentini from Italy.
Among potential charges listed are Jacobs for felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana ten grams or less, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving a vehicle to the left side of the road within 100 feet of an intersection.
Both Burridge and Valentini also are accused of three drug-related counts: felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana ten grams or less; and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
