A change of venue from Harrison County to Grundy County was granted for an Eagleville man Tuesday.
Michael John Welling’s bond is set at $25,000 cash or corporate surety with special conditions and he is scheduled to appear in Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court July 13.
Welling was originally charged with the felony of first-degree statutory rape or attempted rape with a person less than 14 years of age.
