The Hamilton Police Department and Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office began an investigation into the illegal use of narcotics and narcotic equipment over the weekend.
After further investigation, a 35-year-old male was arrested by the Hamilton Police Department for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
The individual was later charged in the Caldwell County court and is being held on a $50,000.00 Cash only bond.
The name of the individual has not been released.
