A Hamilton resident received minor injuries when the car he was driving went out of control and traveled off Highway 13 Thursday afternoon. A trooper reported the car then struck a driveway and came to a stop in the ditch.
Seventy seven-year-old Ronnie Puckett declined treatment at the scene.
Puckett was wearing a seat belt and the car received minor damage in the accident one mile south of Hamilton.
