Grundy County has mailed real estate and personal property tax bills.
Those not receiving their tax bills by November 23rd are asked to contact the Grundy County Collector’s office as soon as possible.
State law notes that those not receiving a statement are still liable for the taxes due.
Tax payments are due December 31, 2016, with payments received or postmarked after that date to have an additional amount to pay due to penalty and interest fees.
Those not receiving a personal property tax bill for this year should contact the Grundy County Assessor’s office at the courthouse in Trenton to see if the office has an assessment form on file.
