The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department reports the transfer of a Sweet Springs man on a probation violation on three original felony counts of non-support with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under an order of support.
Thirty-eight-year-old Peter Ulberg was picked up from the Boonville Correctional Center on a writ of court Wednesday. Bond is $5,000 cash only, and his probation was suspended. Ulberg is scheduled for Division One of Grundy County Circuit Court on Thursday.
Court documents accuse Ulberg of failing to provide adequate support for his minor children for whom he was legally obligated to provide such support without good cause.
