The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two Spickard residents on Monday.
Fifty-five-year-old Terry Lee Duncan has been charged with a misdemeanor violation of an order of protection for an adult. Bond was set at $1,500 cash or corporate surety, 10% allowed, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court February 11th.
Duncan of violating the terms and conditions of a court order prohibiting him from entering the premises where an unnamed person resides by entering and staying at the premises where that person resides in Spickard.
Sixty-one-year-old Linda Sue Wilcox was arrested on a capias warrant for failure to appear for the Third Circuit Treatment Program on a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm. Bond was set at $2.500cash only, and she is scheduled for Division One of Circuit Court February 13th.
