The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two area residents on Wednesday, Feb February 5, 2020, on capias warrants involving felony non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under an order of support.
Forty-year-old Robert Eugene Ewing was already in custody on another Grundy County charge. He is accused of violating his probation, and his bond is $10,000 cash only.
Twenty-six-year-old Sara Kay Sparks of Spickard was arrested by the Trenton Police Department on failure to appear in court. Bond is $2,500 hundred dollars, 10% approved.
Ewing and Sparks are scheduled for Division One of Circuit Court on February 13th.
