The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of two area residents Thursday on capias warrants on probation violations.
Sixty-one-year-old Linda Sue Wilcox of Spickard is accused of violating her probation on an original felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
Twenty-five hundred dollars of her $5,000 cash-only bond is already on file, and $2,500 is to be posted.
Thirty-two-year-old Sean Philip Biller of Trenton is accused of violating his probation on an original felony charge of possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid. Bond is $2,500 cash only.
Wilcox and Biller are scheduled for Division One of Circuit Court March 12th.
