Four arrests from the weekend are in a report from the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department. Two of the arrests involve the same drug charges.

19 year old Emily Heldenbrand and 18 year old Avery Hietpas, both with a Leisure Lake address, were arrested on felony charges accusing each with possession of more than 35 grams of marijuana on Saturday. Bonds for each were set at 15 thousand dollars with both to appear October 11th in the associate division of the Grundy County Circuit Court.

Trenton resident Daniel Joe Hurshman was arrested on a felony charge of domestic assault in the second degree. Hurshman, who’s 26 years old, posted a 15 thousand dollar bond. He has an October 11th circuit court appearance. The Grundy county warrant says a household member, Nicole Marie Scrivo, was choked on Friday in an manner that she, as a victim, would consider offensive.

20 year old Trenton resident, Justin Kleihauer, was arrested Sunday on a parole violation warrant. The sheriff’s office reports Kleihauer was to be returned to the Missouri department of corrections. His original charge in Grundy County Circuit Court shows a conviction for possession of a controlled substance.
