Grundy County Sheriff reports 3 arrests

Three arrests are in a report today from the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office.

39-year-old Kenneth Robert Kincaid Junior faces four misdemeanor counts after his arrest Tuesday at Trenton.

Kincaid is accused of violation of a protection order for an adult; driving while intoxicated; domestic assault in the third degree; as well as careless and imprudent driving involving speeding.

Bond is seven thousand dollars cash with Kincaid to appear in Associate Division of Circuit Court on August 23rd. 

Kincaid, in one of the charges, is accused of making physical contact with a household member, Teresa Jo Kincaid, to the extent she would consider it offensive.

34-year-old Levi Grant Bell of Trenton faces two misdemeanor charges: peace disturbance and resisting a lawful detention on Tuesday.

The warrant states Bell caused “alarm” to Ashley Duty and Kendra Hanes. On the second charge, a police officer was attempting to arrest Bell when he allegedly pulled away and failed to follow police commands. Bond is three thousand dollars cash.

Bell is to appear August 23rd in the associate division of circuit court.

Trenton resident 34-year-old Samuel Storer was arrested Tuesday on a warrant accusing him of failure to appear in circuit court.

Bond is 15 thousand dollars cash.

Storer is rescheduled for law day, August 18th, in division one of the Grundy county circuit court. His original charge in connection with this case involved possession of a controlled substance.
