The Grundy County Nursing Home District Board of Directors on June 8 discussed the construction project at Sunnyview Nursing Home of Trenton.
The meeting was with contractor The Wilson Group, Debbie Berry with the United States Department of Agriculture, and architect Matt Rimiller.
Administrator Jerry Doerhoff reports the board discussed the contract change order submitted for the window replacement project. The contractor agreed to some changes the board requested. The Wilson Group will send a revised contract change order with the adjustments.
The contractor submitted partial payment requests for the HVAC project for $142,744 and the window project for $9,270. The board approved the payments.
