The Grundy County Nursing Home District Board of Directors approved the 2017-2018 budget at its meeting Tuesday afternoon.
It passed with an employee wage increase, which will allow each individual employee an annual wage rate increase of zero to five percent based on merit.
The board also decided to request bids for the purchase of a used lift van for resident transportation.
A special board meeting will be held to discuss performing a professional energy analysis.
That meeting will be in the conference room of the administrator’s office of the Sunnyview Nursing Home and Apartments the afternoon of June 28th at 4 o’clock.
An open house will be held for the community the afternoon of July 11th from 3 to 6 o’clock.
There will be refreshments and tours of the building.
