The Grundy County Health Department is open regular business hours but will alter the provision of office services to prioritize COVID-19 response and protect the health of its employees. Please do not come to our office if you are ill. The Grundy County Health Department is not testing for COVID-19.

The health department reminds all county residents to continue practicing good hand washing and cough etiquette.

The symptoms of COVID-19 are cough, fever, and shortness of breath. If you have symptoms or believe you have been exposed, stay home except to seek medical care. Call ahead before going to your doctor.

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has established a statewide public hotline to handle citizen questions about COVID-19. The hotline is being operated by medical professionals and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Missouri Hotline number is 877-435-8411.

The Regional Mental Health Crisis Hotline number is 888-279-8188 for individuals who are experiencing stress or anxiety about COVID-19.
