Probation has been revoked for a Kansas City man after he admitted to violations.

The court set aside a stay of sentencing and ordered Michael Ernest Oleson to serve prison time previously imposed in the Livingston County case.

Online circuit court information shows Oleson previously received a four-year prison sentence on original charges of driving while intoxicated, persistent offender; and resisting or interfering with an arrest for a felony.

The hearing was conducted by Grundy County Associate Circuit Court Judge Steve Hudson on a change of venue from Livingston county.
