Grundy County Clerk announces new deadlines regarding April 7th election

Grundy County Clerk Betty Spickard has announced changes to deadlines due to Governor Mike Parson signing an executive order postponing the April 7th General Municipal Election to June 2nd.

The Grundy County Clerk’s Office will be open for absentee voting Saturday, May 30th, and absentee voting at the county clerk’s office will continue until June 1st.

The deadline to file as a write-in candidate for the Municipal Election is still March 27th and the last day to request an absentee ballot by mail is May 20th.
