Galt resident Daisy Lovett pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of a child.
Imposition of sentence suspended and she was placed on probation for two years; required to pay 50 dollars to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund, 98-dollars recoupment, and court costs. Ms. Lovett also is to serve two days of shock time in jail.
Menno Stutzman of Spickard pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated with the imposition of sentence suspended. Stutzman was placed on probation for two years and is to pay 50 dollars to the Grundy County Law Enforcement Fund and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of operating a vehicle with defective equipment and was fined 200 dollars plus court costs.
Trenton resident Christina Stumph pleaded guilty to unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and was fined 300 dollars plus court costs. Dylan Stumph of Trenton pled guilty to possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana; was fined $300 and costs.
Browning resident Leonard Vega, Browning, pleaded guilty to first-degree trespassing. Vega was fined 250 dollars; 50 dollars to law enforcement fund and court costs.
Mark Trump of Trenton, pleaded guilty to third-degree domestic assault and was fined 250 dollars, $50 to the Law Enforcement Fund and court costs.
Ginger Flaugher of Galt, pleaded guilty to third-degree domestic assault and was fined 250 dollars’ 50 dollars to law enforcement fund and court costs.
