Grundy County authorities report on 3 arrests

Three arrests are in Thursday morning’s report from the Grundy County Sheriff’s Department.  Forty-two year old Miriah Mae Butler of Trenton was arrested yesterday in Jackson County on a warrant accusing her of failure to appear last month in Grundy County Circuit Court.

Ms. Butler is also charged with domestic assault in the third degree. Bond has been re-set at 25 thousand dollars cash with Ms. Butler scheduled for Division One of Circuit Court next Thursday, April 14th.

A Kansas City resident, 30 year old Javier Hernandez, was arrested yesterday in Clay County on a warrant accusing him with criminal non support of a minor child between November 2012 and May 2015. Bond is five thousand dollars cash with Hernandez to appear April 12th in the Associate Division of Circuit Court.

The Trenton Police Department arrested 24 year old Monica Lynn Heumader of Trenton who is facing a state charge of driving while her license was suspended on Tuesday. Bond is 15-hundred dollars cash and she will be in the Associate Division of Circuit Court on April 12th.
