GRM Networks lobbies will be closed starting Friday, March 20, through April 13th.

The company is eliminating its $100 internet installation fee for the next 60 days to facilitate the delivery of service to everyone who needs it. It is also working to enable free public WiFi that is based out of business offices and 48 central office buildings across GRM’s territory for those who do not have internet access.

Bills can be paid online, and local business offices can enroll in automatic bill pay. Payments will also be accepted by mail and at the dropbox outside each office.

Customer service representatives and help desk associates can assist customers by phone. The 24/7 technical support line is 800-721-2577. Customers can also call their respective offices in Princeton at 800-451-2301, Bethany at 800-551-1930 and Leon, Iowa at 800-551-1940.

Technicians will continue to do installations and on-site repairs at health locations. Employees will take precautions to clean their hands and equipment between service calls.

Customer service representatives will ask questions before technicians are dispatched to locations to determine if anyone at a location is sick. Technicians will ask those questions again before entering locations as there are ways to repair service that does not involve entering a location.
