GRM Networks has extended the closure of its office lobbies to the public to April 27th for the health and safety of its customers and employees. Offices will be closed Friday for Good Friday.
GRM is still waiving its $100 installation fee and continues to offer free wifi outside its business offices and 48 central office buildings in its service area.
Bills can be paid online through eBill and autopay. Customers will receive a $1 monthly bill credit for using the service. They can contact their local office to sign up.
Technicians will continue to perform installations and on-site repairs at healthy locations. Questions will be asked before entering about possible virus exposure or symptoms. Technicians will wear personal protective equipment as well as take precautions to maintain at least a six-foot social distance and clean their hands and equipment between service calls.
